We are often asked how we can bear to part with all of the very very cute puppies that we breed, after raising them from birth to eight weeks of age.
Our answer is really easy: we send them to wonderful forever homes and we watch as the pups make the new owners and their kids very happy. We see this happen and it puts it all together for us.

(3-05-08)
The Skye - Brighton litter all went to their new homes today, with four (4) of them considered to be "show" dogs to show homes. The other five (5) pups went to wonderful "Forever homes" around the State. Our best wishes to all the new owners, and our love to their new pups.

Ruff (Gemini's Furst Draft) had his first modeling Photo Shoot on January 7, at the tender age of 9 1/2 weeks. Owner Kathy Cudak suspects this will be the furst (sic) of many opportunities for this member of the Keno-True litter.

(01-07-08)
The Skye-Brighton puppies were born right on schedule today! Six girls and three boys. Mom and all the pups are doing really well.

Skye's first litter, January, 2008

Not all of these pups have "forever homes" yet, so if you are looking for an exceptional Golden, please contact us. (Look for Skye's info at our "DOGS" menu button.)
(01-06-08)
The last of the Keno-True puppies went to his "forever" home today. All of these boys and girls are doing well: making families happy. Yellow girl (Gemini's Furst Light (Dawn)) will stay at our home and become a Show Dog in the tradition of Houston, Dallas and True, in our fourth generation of Champion goldens.

At Barkingham, the Keno-True puppies are growing and very healthy. They are now totally weaned from Mom and are munching on solid gruel. They had their first shots on Thursday, 12-06-07, and went outside to their playpen for a look outside. Some recent photos taken by Darlene:

OUR NEW LITTER IS HERE!!!!

Keno and True are the proud parents of six (6) boys and two (2) girls, born on Thursday, November 1. Mom and the pups are doing just great!

The puppies will be ready for their new homes around December 27, or perhaps for Christmas, if needed earlier.
All these puppies already have new homes, but we have another litter scheduled to be delivered on January 7, 2008, so if you are looking for a quality pup, give us a call.

HISTORY:
Our next litter will arrive around the first of November, 2007!!!
For this litter, we bred our "Keno" (Fallchase Gemini's High Stakes) to "True" (Ch Gemini's Chants To Xcel) and expect great things from ths new litter.
True is well on his way to the Golden Retriever Club of America's Show Dog Hall of Fame (SDHF), having competed against the best show dogs in the country. He stands a very good chance of going to the Westminster Dog Show before he finishes his show career. We are quite proud of True and his owner, Kathy Cudak, for their dedication and determination in this journey towards the top of the Golden World!
If you ae interested in a fine Golden puppy, we expect at least six in the litter, and still have room on our waiting list.

We still have the last litter to enjoy, since many of the last litter of puppies went to local homes.
In fact, we had a "Totally Golden" Obedience class complete recently, with representatives of three separate Gemini litters. Each dog knows to whom it belongs (and that's a good thing)!

This litter of puppies went to their new homes on Friday, May 4, 2007, and all the new owners report that their puppies are doing fine.
At Barkingham, the puppies are growing and very healthy. They are now totally weaned from Mom and are munching on solid gruel. They had their first shots on Tuesday, 4-17-07, and went outside to their playpen for afternoon playtime. Some recent photos taken by Darlene:

Monday, April 9, 2007-
The puppies will be at Barkingham on Tuesday, the 10th and will be there until they go to their new families. You have got to come and see them. They are outrageous!

On Monday, March 12, Kahlua gave birth to six (6) females and five (5) males. Mom and the puppies are doing very well and appear cute and healthy. The father, "Harry" boasts that he is responsible for the large litter, but we give the credit to Kahlua, who did all the work, after all. The puppies will be at home for the next three to four weeks, so if you are on the list, give us a shout and we will be happy to let you see them. In the meantime, here they are:

Also, here is a one day old pup:

Our "Kahlua" was in a poster ad for a major clothing brand when she was a puppy.
Kahlua's puppies will be ready for their new owners and new homes on May 4. We keep a waiting list for those interested in our puppies. The next litter is currently planned for late in the year 2007.
Kahlua's picture is shown at the "dogs" menu button, where you can click through to her pedigree and clearances.

The Last Litter:

We placed all three puppies from the last Gemini Barkingham litter, at very good homes in the area. The puppies are pictured below:

THERE ARE ALWAYS SECRETS TO TELL!!!

These puppies were born on Monday night 8-15-05, from our breeding of Houston to Deva (Karagold Gemini American Devotion). We took two early photos:

The Recent Past!

There was a litter from a breeding of our Houston and Memo (see the "Dogs" page for info on these parents) which were whelped in May, 2004. All the pups went to new homes locally. We showed the pick male from this litter, "Scout", in Deland, Sarasota and Brooksville in January, 2005, and he took a blue ribbon in West Palm in March, 2005! Scout retired to run and swim with his owner family.

Brittany and Houston had a "Repeat" of their earlier, "Texas" litter.
Brittany had five (5) pups on January 5, 2003 ! On March 4, 2003, they went to wonderful new homes in the area, and are all healthy and well. In fact, the single female "Whiskey" (owned and loved by Deb Busch, and pictured below on the far right) had a litter in 2006 that includes two show dogs now on the circuit: Roman and Spark.

Back in 2001, Brittany had her second litter:

Our June 10, 2001 litter ("Bourbon" ex Brittany)

All pups from this litter turned out fabulously in their new homes. Email us or call (321)636-7387 for more information.
